Q：What do we need to prepare for TOEFL iBT testing？
A：1. You need to prepare a valid (unexpired) passport, credit card, and an address for the destination of your score report in English.

Q：If campus safety is a concern, where can we report this？
A：With regard to campus safety or environmental protection problem, please dial internal extension 8013 and report to General Affairs Section.

 

 

Q：If there is electrical, lighting or air conditioner problem, who can we ask for help？
A：With regard to building, plumbing-electricity, fire, or construction problem, please dial internal extension 8252 and report to General Affairs Section.

 

 

Q：If there are no white board markers, where can we get them？
A：Please obtain them from the General Affairs Section on third floor of Jihe Complex.
