The coming summer administrative recess is scheduled from July 21 (Friday) through July
\n30 (Sunday). Please follow the instructions listed below in order to ensure that all campus
\nequipment and facilities are maintained properly.<\/p>\n
Remember to lock windows and doors when you leave your office in order to thwart burglars
\nand protect items of value.<\/p>\n
Remember to turn off all electronic equipment and make sure to fully shut all faucets.
\nDoing so will help reduce resource waste and maintain equipment.<\/p>\n
Don’t leave any valuable personal belongings on campus. This will help prevent loss of your
\nvaluables.<\/p>\n
All academic unit secretaries are kindly asked to inform graduate students to conform to the
\nsummer recess instructions.<\/p>\n
Please be sure to bring your employee ID card to enter the campus and note that, during the
\nsummer recess, there will be a more rigorous inspection at the campus gates when
\nindividuals\/vehicles are entering and exiting in order to prevent untoward incidents from
\nhappening. If you encounter any situations requiring attention, please call the Taipei campus
\nsecurity guard office at extension 2369, and Jihe Complex security guard at extension 8211
\nfor assistance.<\/p>\n
